These terms govern use of Hamza AI, a caption, translation, and export service for social videos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
You upload video, we transcribe and optionally translate captions, you edit, and you export. We do not promise feature parity with other editors. Minutes included on a plan are transcription minutes, measured when a caption job completes.
Your content
You keep ownership of videos and captions you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process them so we can provide the service (storage, speech recognition, translation, rendering). You must have the rights to the material you upload, including voices and faces.
Accounts and plans
You are responsible for your workspace members and for keeping login details safe. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unused minutes do not roll over unless a future plan says otherwise. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Captions are generated automatically and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. The service is provided as-is.
